When Oba Femi came out, he was given a hero’s welcome by the Sacramento crowd. Unfortunately for him, his contract signing was interrupted by the WWE Hall of Famer, Paul Heyman. The Oracle praised him a lot, although he said he would lose to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. However, he noted that when Oba decides to rebuild his career post-WrestleMania 42, Paul Heyman is ready to help him out, implying that he would be his manager. Of course, Femi rejected this harshly.

Femi, unlike everyone before him, had an immense sense of self-confidence heading into his match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. Michael Cole previously noted that this might be the only time in his career where he has seen Lesnar enter a match as a potential underdog, and it is certainly true that this is a very different dynamic than what we are used to seeing with The Beast Incarnate.

It seems unlikely that Femi needs Heyman at all as every sign has shown that he can stand on his own – even on the mic.
