Vince McMahon is no longer with the company and is not in the promotion’s Hall of Fame. The error has since been corrected on WWE’s official website. You can check out the botched announcement in the post below.

Stephanie McMahon appeared on the March 30 edition of WWE RAW at Madison Square Garden and confronted Cody Rhodes. She slapped The American Nightmare in the face to get him focused on his rivalry with Randy Orton. Pat McAfee was revealed to be the mystery caller in contact with Orton during the storyline, and he hit Rhodes with a low blow earlier this month on SmackDown.

Former WWE star reacts to Stephanie McMahon’s RAW promo

Wrestling veteran Stevie Richards recently shared his thoughts on the promo between Cody Rhodes and Stephanie McMahon on RAW.

Speaking on The Stevie Richards Show, the former champion claimed that the promo was self-serving and claimed that McMahon was terrible on the microphone. Richards also noted that it was difficult for him not to think of Vince McMahon during the segment.

“It just felt like such a self-serving, which is a good word. But her promo? I can’t. I just can’t. There’s a part of me that just can’t interpret; I can’t compute that this is basically Vince McMahon’s daughter. This is a McMahon. This is somebody that was born into the business, who surrounded herself in the business for her entire life. And she sucks. She’s terrible,” he said.

It will be fascinating to see if the company has any surprises planned for McMahon’s Hall of Fame induction.
