The promotional posters and logo for this year’s edition of WrestleMania have largely had a black-and-white theme. The same color scheme can be expected all around Allegiant Stadium this year, after a gold, blue, and pink theme last year.

WWE confirms opening matches for both nights of WrestleMania 42

The first confirmed match for WrestleMania 42 was the main event of Night Two between Roman Reigns and CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship. Later, it was revealed that Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes would main-event Night One.

WWE has now confirmed the opening matches for both nights. The first hour of the show will be streaming live for free on ESPN on April 18 and 19. The first match of Night One will feature The Usos and LA Knight facing The Vision (Austin Theory and Logan Paul) and IShowSpeed.

On the other hand, the opening match for the second night is the highly anticipated clash between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi. The feud between the two behemoths has been built up incredibly well, and it has a big fight feel to it. Despite not main-eventing either of the two nights, Lesnar vs. Oba feels like a special match and will get a ton of spotlight on April 19, especially with it being available on ESPN.

With the match card almost finalized, it now remains to be seen which superstars walk out victorious following the biggest premium live event of the year.
