“There’s been a lot of talk about Keith Lee over the last couple of days. I’m not saying this 100 percent, okay? I’m not saying this 100 percent because I don’t know. But, from talking to people, the belief within the business is that Keith Lee is done. It was also reported today that Lee and WWE Superstar Michin are now divorced. The couple had been married for four years before their separation. Michin is currently aligned with B-Fab and Jade Cargill on SmackDown.

Lee had an impressive stint in NXT back in the day, but the success did not translate to the main roster. He got a great reaction whenever he appeared on AEW TV, but his matches were few and far between. The veteran won the WWE NXT Championship once and captured the AEW Tag Team Championships alongside Swerve Strickland during his tenure in All Elite Wrestling.

Ex-WWE writer criticizes AEW for not booking Keith Lee

Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently called out All Elite Wrestling for not featuring Keith Lee on television.

Speaking on The Coach and Bro Show, Russo questioned AEW’s booking and wondered why Lee was not booked by the company. The WWE veteran stated that Lee was healthy and remained under contract with the promotion.

“How many times are we reading every single week that somebody’s sitting on the sidelines? They don’t know why they are sitting on the sidelines. They are healthy. Keith Lee said that he is perfectly healthy. He’s been healthy for three months. ‘I’m under contract, and nobody is calling me.’ That’s why you would create a group like The Oddities, man. If somebody’s under contract and you’re paying them, get them on the show!” he said.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Lee in the world of professional wrestling.
