Cody Rhodes was supposed to battle Zayn for the title on RAW, but he was ruled out of the match after he was attacked by Gunther. CM Punk is scheduled to defend the title against The American Nightmare next month at SummerSlam.

Sami Zayn goes on emotional rant after losing Undisputed WWE Championship

Sami Zayn went on an emotional rant after dropping the Undisputed WWE Championship to CM Punk.

The veteran was interviewed backstage shortly after the loss and claimed that Punk had no business competing for the title after being off TV for a couple of months.

“9 days after I get it, that piece of sh** can walk back in here after not being here for months, and walk right in and get a chance? That mother f***er! He has no business, no business!” Zayn said.

Only time will tell if Cody Rhodes can defeat CM Punk at SummerSlam to capture the Undisputed WWE Championship once again.
