- Ford will offer employee pricing again on select 2025 and 2026 models.
- Discounts are available on the Mustang, Maverick, Ranger, Bronco, and F-150.
- Buyers can save up to several thousand of dollars, depending on the model.
Just over a year ago, Ford began offering every customer employee pricing. The campaign was a huge success, ending last summer, but the automaker is resurrecting it this year. It applies to certain 2025 and 2026 models, and there are some insanely good deals available.
Employee pricing shaves a small percentage off a model’s MSRP, saving buyers up to a few thousand dollars. One of the most appealing deals is for the 2025 Mustang, which starts at $31,666, including the $1,995 destination charge. It’s about $2,000 cheaper now.
It features Ford’s 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine, which delivers 315 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels. The only downside is that it is only available with Ford’s 10-speed automatic transmission.

The 2026 Maverick is also a stellar deal, with a starting price of $28,616, $1,000 cheaper than before. The Maverick got cheaper for 2026 with the introduction of a front-wheel-drive variant for the 2.0-liter EcoBoost model.
If you’re looking for something electric, employee pricing for the Mustang Mach-E results in the 2026 model being slightly cheaper than the 2025 model. It is $2,000 cheaper, with a starting price of $37,863.
One of the largest available discounts is for the 2025 F-150 Lightning. Employee pricing with destination is $53,231, more than $4,000 cheaper than the entry-level Lightning Pro’s $57,375 starting price. Ford will offer employee pricing on select Ford and Lincoln models through July 6.

Motor1’s Take: Ford’s employee pricing was a huge success last year, driving traffic to dealers, which should be welcomed in 2026 as sales slip. They fell 14.0 percent last month, and are down 10.6 percent for the year, but with consumers looking to save money, Ford’s discounted pricing looks quite appealing.
