Considering Rey is now the authority figure, he could make his son’s life a living hell in AAA. Dominik has employed many underhanded tactics to keep the Mega Title across his waist, but Rey Mysterio could now finally bring some order.

WWE legend Rey Mysterio always wanted to work for AAA

A few months back, in an interview, Rey Mysterio stated that AAA was where he first began his career and that he would love to work for the company in any capacity. The WWE Hall of Famer added that he would like to explore the production side and help the promotion get more eyeballs.

“I think it might be fun to help with the acquisition with AAA and be involved as much as I can with that. Kind of start learning on how to work on the production side or how I can invest my time to eventually help AAA grow. Knowing that that was my house, my very first house, or my home from day one, and from there, it all started. Everything flourished from AAA.”

Now that he’s already an on-screen figure in AAA, it’s safe to assume Rey could also contribute to the creative team, which comprises the likes of The Undertaker, Konnan, and many other veterans.
