Priest betrayed Truth after they failed to win the AAA World Tag Team Championships. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion ambushed his now-former tag team partner in the trainers’ room at the WWE Performance Center. WWE posted footage of the same on its social media platforms.

Daga Rejected The Idea Of Damian Priest Becoming The Leader Of Perros Del Mal

Perros Del Mal has been causing chaos over at Lucha Libre AAA. The group was revived on the June 20th, 2026 episode of AAA. The revived version of the group consists of Daga, Angel, Berto, Karmen Petrovic, and Bronco Nima, who was booted out of the faction after losing to Penta.

On social media, one X user suggested Damian Priest join Perros Del Mal and become the faction’s leader. However, Daga was strictly against the pitch and turned it down with the following response:

“They are so funny…”

Damian Priest debuted in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide on the July 4, 2026, episode of AAA on Fox. AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio introduced him as a surprise signing.

He made his AAA in-ring debut at the AAA Ola de Calor event in Edinburg, Texas. He competed in a Fatal Four-Way Match for the vacant AAA Latin American Championship. The match included El Fiscal, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., and La Parka, who won the match and walked out as the new champion.

Priest is expected to continue his feud with R-Truth on SmackDown. It remains to be seen when he returns to AAA.
