Since then, fans have been wondering if they’ll ever get to see AJ Lee back inside the squared circle again. The Stamford-based company might have subtly confirmed that Lee is now done with the company and won’t be returning anytime soon. AJ was featured on WWE’s Superstars banned on their website but has now been replaced by the NXT Women’s Champion Lola Vice. WWE recently updated this graphic to feature some of their newest signings on there and replaced many stars.

While this could just be a new change to the website, it could also be WWE’s way of confirming that CM Punk’s wife isn’t expected to return to the company anytime soon. It will be interesting to see when we will get to see the former Women’s Intercontinental Champion again.

Becky Lynch claims that AJ Lee has permanently left WWE

The Women’s Intercontinental Championship feud between AJ and Becky was one of the most interesting parts of WWE programming heading into Mania. AJ had won the title from Becky by defeating her in singles action at the Elimination Chamber PLE in her hometown. Becky then won her title back by defeating the Black Widow at WrestleMania 42.

Since then, Becky has been feuding with the recent NXT call-up Sol Ruca on RAW. The two faced off at last week’s Saturday Night’s Main Event where Becky won via DQ. Their rematch will take place at the upcoming Clash in Italy PLE this weekend. While they were feuding, Becky mentioned in a promo on RAW that AJ Lee left the business after losing to her at WrestleMania.

“Many, many people have stepped up to me. They thought they were ready for the spotlight. And the fall from grace has been astounding. I’m thinking of looney Lyra, mediocre Maxxine. I mean, absolute joke, AJ Lee, she was so traumatized. She had to leave the whole business.” said Becky.

Fans are curious to see if Mania marked the end of Becky’s feud with AJ Lee or if they’ll clash again in the future.
