Roman Reigns sent a message to Brunson on social media, noting that the world will acknowledge them both at the Madison Square Garden. The NBA Champion has now replied to the OTC, confirming that he will present at The World’s Most Famous Arena.
Roman Reigns will not be in action at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event
While Roman Reigns will be present at the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event, he will not take part in in-ring action. The OTC will just have a segment with Jalen Brunson, where someone could interept him.
Reigns is currently involved in a feud with Seth Rollins, and the two will face off for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam. The two former Shield stablemates will sign a contract for the same on tonight’s RAW. This will also be the culmination of their feud that started after The Shield broke up in 2014.
Reigns and Rollins last faced off at WrestleMania 41, where the Visionary defeated the OTC and CM Punk in a triple-threat match, and aligned with Paul Heyman. Their last singles match came at Royal Rumble 2022, where the match ended in a DQ. The former partners will close the book on their history for good at WWE’s upcoming premium live event.
