Jade Cargill wants a rematch with Rhea Ripley in WWE

The Eradicator ended Cargill’s reign as the WWE Women’s Champion on Night 2 of WrestleMania 42 in a match that overdelivered on expectations. Heading into the show, there was some uncertainty about whether Ripley and Cargill could put up a good showing, as reports had suggested they had real-life heat.

In a recent interview, Cargill addressed her loss at WrestleMania 42 and mentioned she would like to get a rematch with Ripley for the gold.

“I will hope so. I mean a lot of people don’t get rematches these days. When I defeated Tiffany I didn’t get my rematch. So, I don’t know it’s up to them I guess.” Cargill said.

With both performers on SmackDown, it’s safe to say they are bound to cross paths again sooner rather than later. With Backlash 2026 just around the corner, WWE could pit them against each other at the PPV in a feud-ending match.
