Taking to X for the first time since the news broke, Kairi Sane penned down an emotional note. She seemingly hinted at returning to Japan, writing that she would set sail in her own time.

“I’m truly grateful to have people like you by my side. Thank you for always being with me. I’ll set sail… in my own time ⛵️ Until then… I love you ❤️”

Her post garnered a number of responses, and Asuka was also seen commenting under it. She wrote:

“No matter what, I’ll always be in your corner, Kairi. I’ll never leave you feeling alone. 🤡”

For the time being, it remains to be seen what Kairi Sane plans to do next.

Rhea Ripley was also not happy with WWE’s decision

While cuts are a normal part of the schedule for the Stamford-based promotion, Rhea Ripley was gutted with the news.

Taking to X, The Eradicator shared her thoughts with fans. She also provided motivation for the stars that were affected by the cuts.

“Today’s been a very sad day… Absolutely guttered for my friends and comrades worst time of the year. Go prove them all wrong!” tweeted Ripley.

Kairi Sane’s departure in particular has been devastating for fans. Many had even hijacked social media posts by WWE to demand the return of the Kabuki Warriors member. It does not seem like that will be the case this time around. However, one should remember that the Stamford-based promotion is not averse to bringing back talent, sometimes quickly as was seen in the case of R-Truth.

Whether Kairi Sane will eventually find her way back to WWE is something only the future will tell.
