Cleveland Browns GM Andrew Berry faced a tall task of having to build upon last year’s successful draft class that saw the likes of DT Mason Graham, RB Quinshon Judkins, LB Carson Schwesinger, and TE Harold Fannin put up impressive numbers. He may have out-done himself in 2026.

The top four picks in this year’s draft included OT Spencer Fano, WR KC Concepcion, WR Denzel Boston, and S Emmanuel McNeil-Warren. The depth drafted after that wasn’t too shabby either, but just from those first four picks, the team not only added their starting left tackle, two starting receivers (in three-receiver sets), and a defensive back expected to see the field regularly, they added four players who were listed in many pundits’ Top 25 players.

That led to the Browns receiving positive grades from the national media, but for our Reacts poll after the draft, we wanted fans from each team to grade their respective team’s draft. 70% of fans graded the Browns’ draft an “A,” which was the highest in the NFL. The next closest was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 68%. Most of the teams only had “A” grades between the 15-30% range. So either Browns fans are absurdly being over-the-top optimistic, or there is true alignment between what Berry needed to do, and what he was able to achieve. It’s got to be the latter case.

This might be one of the highest draft grades you’ll see for the Browns in your lifetime. Let’s hope it, along with the new coaching changes this offseason, lead to victories on the field.

FanDuel already has odds out on who the No. 1 pick will be for the 2027 NFL Draft. Arch Manning leads the way at 1.5/1, followed by Dante Moore at 5.5/1, CJ Carr at 6/1, Jeremiah Smith at 6.5/1, and Julian Sayan at 10/1.
