Booker T believes that Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar III could be a much bigger match if Femi had the World Championship and Lesnar challenged for it.
Speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T claimed that the build-up to the match would’ve been different and exciting if a championship was on the line.
“I think the trilogy would be better if Oba had the championship and Brock was challenging. Just because um who’s going to be the underdog going into that match? If he’s the champion, he’s a champion, but that doesn’t make him the favorite. People are still going to be wondering if Brock Lesnar is going to win the championship one more time. I think that’s the build-up for me if I’m booking it,”
