Speaking about why she has not been scheduled for a match on SmackDown, Blake Monroe told SPORF that she was too brutal to be one the roster without due consideration by the company.
“I will ruin your life. The rest of the SmackDown women have that in them. They’re there to win a match. I’m there to ruin your psyche. I will make you go home, make you cry and take everything that you love. According to Blake Monroe, it is quite easy to fall in love with her.
Speaking on Inside The Ring, Monroe noted that she had already broken quite a few hearts in the Stamford-based promotion. She said:
“It’s quite easy to fall in love with me. People have and probably will continue to do so. Broken a couple of hearts. All the time… yeah respectfully, no thank you. No.”
Blake Monroe’s run in AEW is ample proof that she is a talented star who could be a major player on the WWE main roster. Apart from winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship once in NXT, she has not had much to chew on so far in the Stamford-based promotion. It remains to be seen when she will be given a match on SmackDown, and if she will be able to make a splash with the opportunity.
