“Finally able to get my arm up. I think it’s time to shave my armpits,” she wrote.

Brie Bella shared another update about her progress. She said the past week had been the best she had felt since suffering the injury. However, she also made it clear that her recovery is still ongoing.

“Big week for me! The most movement I’ve felt since the injury. Still have a long way to go but feels good to move my arm,” she wrote.

Brie suffered a broken scapula during her six-woman tag team match at SummerSlam. She teamed with Nikki Bella and Paige in a losing effort against Fatal Influence.

She later confirmed that surgery would not be necessary, with her expected recovery time set at around three to six months. The early part of the process was not easy. Brie explained on The Nikki & Brie Show in August that moving her arm during physical therapy was difficult. She also had to wear a sling and said that even taking her arm out of it was challenging.

Brie Bella is also undergoing regular imaging to check how the injury is healing. Her latest update suggests that her movement is improving. That said, she is still some time away from an in-ring return. The progress is encouraging, but Brie will need to continue her recovery before she can get back to wrestling.

Brie Bella returned to WWE earlier this year

Brie Bella returned to WWE at the 2026 Royal Rumble after several years away from in-ring action. She later teamed with Paige to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 42.

The duo lost the titles to Fatal Influence at Saturday Night’s Main Event in MSG. Following Nikki, Brie, and Paige’s loss at SummerSlam, The Bella Twins turned on The Anti-Diva, ending their partnership.
