The 23-year-old is currently an undrafted free agent. It’s unclear what’s next for him in the world of football. However, he might have a bright future in pro wrestling if a new report is to be believed.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter recently reported that Brock Rechsteiner could ink a deal with WWE if he fails to secure a spot in an NFL team after being cut by the New Orleans Saints.

After playing for the Jacksonville State Gamecocks in college, Brock signed a WWE Next in Line contract in 2025. Many expect him to pursue a career in pro wrestling after he concludes his football career.

Brock Rechsteiner discussed his potential future in WWE

Brock Rechsteiner’s father, Scott Steiner, was among the biggest stars in WCW during his active career. Big Poppa Pump also experienced unparalleled success in the WWE tag team division alongside Rick Steiner. Hence, fans have high expectations for Brock’s potential future in the business.

Earlier this year, Brock Rechsteiner appeared in an interview with WDSU-TV. During the chat, Brock discussed his relationship with Bron Breakker. He revealed that The Future had convinced him to join the pro wrestling business after concluding his football career.

“I work out with him all the time back home. I go fishing with him a lot, because he moved back to Georgia. And he really convinced me to, once I’m done playing football, he said play football as long as I can and once I’m done playing football, get into the wrestling business.”

Bron Breakker is making waves on Monday Night RAW as part of The Vision. Will Brock join him in the sports entertainment juggernaut to form a modern-day version of the Steiner Brothers? Only time will tell.
