However, less than 24 hours after the event, news broke about his death and it was shocking to say the least. With the entire wrestling community still reeling from the news, La Catalina and Joe Hendry sent out their messages from their respective social media handles. Catalina wrote:

“I just woke up and saw this. An incredible fighter with so much ahead of him, so much talent, a great person. Rest in peace PAC 😞”

Joe Hendry was also shocked and just left a sweet and simple message and wrote:

“RIP Pac ❤️”

Paige reacts to the passing of Pac

One of the late AEW star’s best friends was WWE star Paige. The two stars broke out together at NXT and had some memorable moments as they hail from the same country.

After his passing, an inconsolable Paige took to X and wrote:

“F*ck man.. this is terrible. For everyone that knew Ben would tell you what an incredible human he was. Truly one of the best. This is heartbreaking.. sending so much love to his family and everyone else who was lucky enough to know him personally and to all who got to watch him perform and witness the greatness that was that man. Rest in power Ben 🙏🏻❤️”

With the AEW star now gone, he leaves a big hole in the Death Riders faction and also in the wrestling world in general.
