On Instagram, Cardona shared a throwback photo with PAC from their days together in WWE. The photo was taken backstage at a WWE show.

“RIP PAC. So talented, so smooth, so jacked. He was the perfect pro wrestler,” wrote Cardona.

WWE’s William Regal Praised PAC With A Message On Social Media

William Regal formed The Blackpool Combat Club in AEW. The faction was later reintroduced as The Death Riders, led by Jon Moxley. The group consists of Claudio Castagnoli, Marina Shafir, among other notable names.

On social media, Regal labelled PAC as the best wrestler to come out of England since the 80s. The former BCC member also mentioned that PAC seemed like the only wrestler who could beat him and praised his aggressive style of wrestling.

“I’m on a plane going home from Mexico and on it with Pac. 1 of my favorite people in the Wrestling. IMO the best Wrestler to come out of England since the 80’s and they were Rollerball Rocco, Marty Jones and Fit Finlay. That’s no knock on the incredible UK talent around today but I come from a time and style where being credible was part of the job. Pac is the only wrestler that when I see him wrestle I think he can beat me up and his wrestling is so much more aggressive and credible,”

PAC signed with the WWE in 2012 and held the NXT Championship, the NXT Tag Team Championships, and the Cruiserweight Championship. He was a two-time Cruiserweight Champion.

PAC departed the Stamford-based company in 2018 before signing with AEW in 2019, where he joined Death Riders in 2024 after turning heel.
