Lyra Valkyria is going through a bit of a rough patch in WWE. Despite her struggles, she is still a very talented wrestler. She recently sat down with Witty Whittier for an interview on YouTube when she was asked what was the one rivalry that got her interested in wrestling.
Without blinking, she mentioned Randy Orton’s feud with Christian. Not only that but she also cited the Four Horsewomen as inspirations. She said:
“I loved Christian and Randy Orton. That was the feud that got me into it, and then it was the Four Horsewomen of NXT as I started training.”
Orton, as you can see, is one of the most influential names in the wrestling world. Not only does he have people within the industry looking up to him but also people from other sports like Georges St-Pierre. He will hope that his influence continues to stay the same as he still has a few more years left at the very top of the mountain.
