Dragon Lee praises Dominik Mysterio
Dragon Lee and Dominik Mysterio have a storied rivalry. The two stars took on each other for the NXT North American Championship at NXT Deadline in 2023.
Lee won that match resulting in him lifting his title in WWE. In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Dragon chose to praise Dominik Mysterio and admitted that he has a good connection with him in the ring. He said:
“There’s a lot of talent, but some of the matches that I have more in my mind is with Dominik, that match with the North American Champion. Dom is so great. I have a good connection with him in the ring. Maybe I’m wrong, but I feel like when I see that match, I feel like that’s much like when Rey Mysterio wrestled with Eddie Guerrero.”
It is great to see two young stars get on so well in the wrestling world. It also goes to show just how much respect there is between the two.
