In a video posted by WWE on X, Adam Pearce is seen making the bout between Reigns and Knight for the world title official at MITB.
“It is official,” wrote Adam Pearce.
Apart from this title match and the traditional MITB ladder matches, no other bouts have been made official.
Money in the Bank ladder matches now have two official entries
For the women’s match, Sol Ruca and Lola Vice had qualified to be in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Ruca won a qualifier on the previous RAW, where she defeated Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri. On this RAW, from Mexico City, the debuting Lola Vice punched her ticket to MITB by defeating Kelani Jordan and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez.
On the men’s side, though, Bron Breakker and Je’Von Evans have made it through. Last week on RAW, Breakker defeated Ethan Page and Rey Mysterio and, in fact, pinned the latter WWE legend to qualify. While Evans, this week on RAW, defeated Big Cass and Austin Theory.
Last week’s SmackDown did not feature any qualifying matches due to the already stacked card that was live from Mexico City as well. However, the qualifiers could begin this week, with the rest of the contestants being confirmed.
