FC Barcelona could be crowned La Liga champions on Sunday at the Spotify Camp Nou when they face off against Real Madrid.
All the Blaugrana need at this stage is a draw in the Clasico to be confirmed as the new champions, considering that they already have an 11-point lead over second-placed Los Blancos with four games left.

Going for everything
However, speaking during a media day with DSports, Barcelona midfielder Gavi made it clear that the team are aiming higher.
“We want to win, we’re really looking forward to El Clasico and to winning the title. We want to win every remaining game and hopefully we can reach 100 points, because that would be an amazing season,” he explained.
The ambition within Hansi Flick’s squad is clear. Gavi emphasised that the players are aware of the historical benchmarks in La Liga and are motivated to achieve them.
“We always want more, we want 100 points, something that has only been done once or twice,” he said, referring to Barcelona’s La Liga title under Tito Vilanova in 2013 and Real Madrid’s under Jose Mourinho in 2012.

With only a few days left before the match, Gavi suggested that the presence of many La Masia players gives the squad a strong connection to the fixture.
“The days leading up to it are always intense; there’s a real desire for the Clasico to arrive. There are players from La Masia who have experienced many Clasicos in the youth ranks,” he emphasised.
Having been in fine form over the past month since his return from injury, Gavi could start in the Clasico ahead of Frenkie de Jong.
