Rhea Ripley opened up about facing Jade Cargill and shared her honest thoughts on the match happening at WrestleMania 42. The Eradicator feels that fans have wanted to witness this match for a long time, especially at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

Speaking on the Ebro Laura Rosenberg Show, Ripley opened up about having the pressure of walking into a WrestleMania show. She said:

“I do. I definitely do. I feel like this is a match that a lot of people have wanted for a long time, especially at WrestleMania. There’s already so much pressure going into that day and into that match. And then also going off of last year, it was the same at Wrestlemania 39 when I faced Charlotte. Then going into Wrestlemania 40, I was like, ‘I have to do just as well as I did the year before.’ Like I really have to,”

Rhea Ripley has been a regular on the WrestleMania card over the years. Last year, she was involved in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Women’s World Championship, involving IYO SKY and Bianca Belair.

Meanwhile, Cargill made her WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania XL, teaming up with Bianca Belair and Naomi for a Six-Woman Tag Team Match against Damage CTRL. Last year at WrestleMania 41, The Storm defeated Naomi in a singles match.
