Just when the babyface trio was closing in on a win, Cargill laid out all three and then hit a Jaded on Ripley for the clean win. Following the match, a visibly worn-out Ripley was seen being carried to the back by Charlotte Flair.

You can watch the clip below:

The three-way tag team match was the longest of the show and among the best ones, too, setting the stage for a fun night of in-ring action.

Will Rhea Ripley lose at Clash in Italy 2026

While Cargill’s pinfall victory at SNME 2026 signals momentum shifting towards her, WWE is notorious for certain booking tropes that give away results.

One among which is challengers earning wins before the title match only to lose on the night when it matters the most. It looks likely that Jade Cargill could also become a victim of this trope since Rhea Ripley won the Women’s World Title barely a month back, and WWE wouldn’t want to cut short her reign so quickly.

Moreover, there’s no bigger draw than The Eradicator in all of WWE’s women’s roster, and having her as a champion for at least a few months makes the most business sense. Irrespective of the outcome, though, one thing that’s guaranteed is the fact that Ripley and Cargill would leave no stone unturned to put up a memorable match. Their WrestleMania 42 bout was hardly 10 minutes and the duo must be hoping to get considerably more in-ring time at Clash in Italy.
