The match was ruled a no contest, and while the severity of the injury is unknown, the WXW Shotgun Championship has been vacated.

The former WWE star held the WXW Shotgun Championship for 169 days before it was taken from him following his injury, but at present there is no news on when he will be back in the ring.

Since his release, Tischer has returned to his former name and has been wrestling on the European independent scene.

WWE released Alexander Wolfe back in 2021

Alexander Wolfe had an interesting run in WWE, which included being part of both Sanity and Imperium. That came to an end back in 2021 after his former Imperium members attacked him and kicked him out of the group.

Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci kicked him out of the group just days before his release, which became a sign of things to come, since Kaiser later did the same thing to Vinci, who was also later released.

Kaiser has since moved to AAA, where he is the AAA Mega Champion under the mask of El Grande Americano.

Gunther has gone on to become the breakout star of the group as a former World Champion, but the group has dissolved over the past few years.

There are also no more members of Sanity left in WWE, since Killian Dain was released back in 2021, while Eric Young exited the company in 2023 and Nikki Cross was recently released as part of the most recent round of main roster budget cuts.

Both groups have left their legacies behind, and it came as a huge shock that the company parted ways with Cross, who has gone on to buy the UK-based Progress Wrestling alongside her husband, Killian Dain, and they are now pushing forward the next generation of British talent.
