The Game praised Silfies’ work today on Instagram and noted that he directed countless episodes of RAW and SmackDown over the years. Triple H added that Silfies also directed WrestleMania and had an incredible passion for his work.

“Today, the @WWE family lost one of our beloved members. Kerwin Silfies was a huge part of the company’s programming since the mid-1980s. Over his 35+ year tenure with WWE production, he directed countless episodes of Raw and Smackdown, PLEs, and of course WrestleMania. With a dry wit and an unmatched passion for his work and his coworkers, Kerwin affected hundreds of employees and millions of fans. Our thoughts are with his loved ones at this time,” he wrote.

The company also lost producer Jim Shank earlier this month after a battle with cancer.

Triple H announces major WWE PLE in Italy

Triple H made a huge announcement earlier today and revealed that the promotion would be having a PLE in Italy later this year.

The King of Kings announced that Clash in Italy will air live on May 31 from the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy. It is the first time that a PLE will take place in Italy, and tickets for the event will go on sale next month.

“Ladies and gentlemen, the clash is back. For the first time ever, a PLE will take place in Italy. Sunday, May 31 from the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy, it will be Clash in Italy. It’s all part of a massive European tour through May and June. Tickets will go on sale March 13, your presale will be March 11. Italy, I just have to know one thing – Are you ready?” he said.
