After what went down tonight, the feud between the two women is far from over. Next Sunday, they will clash again, now for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship at Clash in Italy. Triple H has confirmed this rematch with a post on X.

The Game wrote the following message to make their match official for next weekend:

“Sol Ruca and Becky Lynch will meet in a ring again… And this time it’s for the Intercontinental Championship at #WWEClash!”

You can check out his tweet below:

This will now be the second women’s match made official for Clash In Italy after Rhea Ripley vs. Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. Also, this marks Sol’s first proper PLE match as a part of the main roster after giving an impressive performance at this year’s Royal Rumble.

This is Italy’s first-ever PLE after years of house shows throughout the nation. Clash in Italy largely begins WWE’s European Summer Tour of 2026.

However, it officially kicks off from a house show on 28 May, live from Liverpool. Then a SmackDown from Barcelona followed by this Italy PLE from Turin’s Inalpi Arena, and even the RAW after that from the same venue.

The rest of the match card for the Clash in Italy 2026

Just like other WWE PLEs, Clash in Italy will also have its first hour streaming live on ESPN 2. As of this writing, which matches will be on that hour has not been confirmed. However, the card looks pretty stacked with major title implications.

The two world title matches are official, too, with either one headlining it. Roman Reigns will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat match, which will be their rematch from Backlash. Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes will put his Undisputed WWE Championship on the line against Gunther.

Rhea Ripley will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Jade Cargill. This is a straight rematch from their WrestleMania 42 clash. Elsewhere on the show, Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi will run it back.

And last but not least, Sol Ruca will challenge Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
