Perez has chosen her stablemates over the individual who brought her into the group. The Judgment Day members haven’t proven to be the most reliable or loyal people, something The Prodigy needs to realize before it’s too late. If there are two people who could help the young star see the light, it’s Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley.
The Terror Twins know exactly what happens when you trust The Judgment Day. Both Ripley and Priest were part of the group from its inception. At one point, The Archer of Infamy and The Eradicator were on top of their respective divisions as the World Heavyweight Champion and the Women’s World Champion, respectively.
However, at SummerSlam 2024, they both lost their titles. Priest lost to Gunther after Finn Balor turned on him, and Ripley lost to Liv Morgan after Dominik Mysterio betrayed her. Both of them were kicked out of the group afterward.
Priest and Ripley have firsthand experience of getting betrayed by The Judgment Day. If they talk to Roxanne Perez, there is a chance that The Prodigy might consider leaving the group. Mami could warn Perez about Liv Morgan, who was responsible for her removal from the group.
Ripley could explain to Roxanne that Liv might try to prevent The Prodigy from reaching her full potential. Since The Miracle Kid is the current Women’s World Champion, she may keep The Prodigy down, so she doesn’t consider challenging her.
Priest could advise Roxanne to listen to Finn Balor. Although The Prince tried once, The Prodigy wasn’t convinced. The Archer of Infamy could encourage Perez to listen to Balor and leave The Judgment Day. Having ex-members interacting with Perez could result in several interesting segments and tie the story together well.
That said, this scenario is only based on speculation, and nothing has been confirmed.
Judgment Day member reveals plans after retirement
In an interview on German Super Talk, Judgment Day member JD McDonagh opened up about his plans after retiring from in-ring competition.
“I can’t really picture my life without pro wrestling. I’ve been doing wrestling since I was 12 years old. So I feel like when the day comes that I can’t get into the ring anymore and deliver at the level that I’m happy with, and I have to pack it in, I still want to be involved and around wrestling. Whether that’s as a producer, helping new stars put their matches together, or you know, maybe I’ll go back to Ireland and open my own gym. You know, the Irish academy or something like that. I don’t know, I haven’t really thought that far ahead, to be honest with you, I’m solely focused on right now,” JD McDonagh said.
McDonagh picked up a massive win on RAW, defeating his former mentor, Finn Balor.
