It was reported that TripleMania was scheduled to take place on September 12 as a one-night event. But now that the Zuffa Boxing event was scheduled to take place in Vegas on the same night, plans changed to bring in more eyes to the product. According to the report, TKO is looking to give AAA a permanent slot on TV rather than YouTube. Thus, the management thought of bringing TripleMania to Las Vegas in hopes of more eyes getting on the product, especially with a lot of sports executives in Vegas for the Zuffa boxing event.

It is also reported that TKO and WWE are already feeling the strain of the September events, as Friday night, September 11, will be SmackDown in Mexico City, followed by AAA’s TripleMania in Vegas, then the Zuffa Boxing event the next night, followed by night two of TripleMania in Mexico City.

Another major WWE event is reported to make its return later this year.

WWE reportedly set to return to Saudi Arabia

Back in 2018, the first-ever WWE Crown Jewel PLE took place live from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since then, the PLE has become an annual tradition. Last year, the PLE took place live from Perth, Australia.

Now, according to a report from PWInsider, the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event will be making its return to Saudi Arabia in November of this year.

At the Crown Jewel event, fans can expect to see the top champions battle against each other to crown the Men’s and Women’s Crown Jewel Champions.
