Commentator Wade Barrett doubted whether the assailant was Seth Rollins, but also said that The Visionary just had shoulder surgery. Rollins had notably injured his shoulder in his pursuit to crush Cody Rhodes and become the 2025 Crown Jewel Champion in October.

He was backstabbed by Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman, who kicked him out of The Vision, a faction founded by The Architect. Thus, even if it was Seth Rollins, his motive for helping the men who betrayed him also remains undisclosed. It would be interesting to see which wrestler helped Paul Heyman and The Vision, and if Rollins is really back in WWE.
