Crown Jewel 2026 will likely feature the World Heavyweight Champion locking horns with the Undisputed WWE Champion for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship. Many fans have been actively speculating which stars will walk into the show with gold around their waist.

In a recent interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Paul Heyman discussed working in WWE’s creative team. The Oracle said Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns III is lined up for Crown Jewel 2026 if both stars remain champions, subtly spoiling the blockbuster showdown. Heyman added that the much-awaited trilogy could make Crown Jewel one of the biggest premium live events of the year.

“Okay, right now we have lined up for Crown Jewel, the trilogy. The champion on RAW is Roman Reigns. The champion on SmackDown is Cody Rhodes. It’s 1-1. If they both retain the titles all the way to Crown Jewel, we get the trilogy at Crown Jewel. What an enormous main event. What a prestigious main event. What a historic main event for Crown Jewel. You want to sell Crown Jewel, you want that to be one of the biggest PLEs of the year. You want that to be a hot ticket, both in terms of selling tickets and on the secondary market? Put the trilogy match there.” [H/T: chrisvanvliet.com]

Reigns and Rhodes have faced off twice in world title matches at WrestleMania. In 2023, the OTC defeated Rhodes with the help of Solo Sikoa. The American Nightmare got his revenge on The Bloodline leader with a massive victory in 2024.

Roman Reigns wants the Undisputed WWE Championship back in The Bloodline

Roman Reigns reunited with The Usos on the RAW after WrestleMania 42. The Bloodline is stronger than ever following the addition of Jacob Fatu. Unsurprisingly, the OTC isn’t satisfied with just one world title in his group’s trophy cabinet.

The World Heavyweight Champion recently asked Jey Uso to win the 2026 King of the Ring Tournament and go after the Undisputed WWE Championship. Main Event Jey has already reached the final of the annual competition. If he defeats Oba Femi at Night of Champions, he will earn a world title shot at SummerSlam 2026.

Jey has announced that he will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Championship at The Biggest Party of the Summer if he becomes King of the Ring. Meanwhile, the fate of the title will be decided with a star-studded Triple Threat Match at Night of Champions.

Cody Rhodes will defend his gold against Sami Zayn and Gunther in Riyadh on June 27. It will be interesting to see if The American Nightmare and Roman Reigns walk into Crown Jewel as world champions.
