Boston College doesn’t have many prospects in this year’s NFL Draft, but as always they are producing strong offensive line talent even in during a rough season. Logan Taylor, a transfer from Virginia, played in Chestnut Hill for three seasons and earned All-ACC Second Team honors in 2025 as a team captain. But how much potential does he have as a pro?
Year: Redshirt senior, no remaining eligibility

Position: Offensive line (right guard, left tackle, right tackle)
Measurables: 6’7”, 312 lbs
Draft Projection: Day 3 / UDFA
Taylor started in 36 of 37 games for Boston College during his career on the Heights and was a rock solid presence for an offense that saw a lot of ups and downs. His OL play, originally at left tackle before switching to being primarily at left guard, was instrumental in BC’s versatile rushing attack over the past few seasons. He was widely praised for his high motor, competitiveness, and leadership while being bounced around to different positions on the line.
On the technical side of things, Taylor is a smart player that can follow pre-snap adjustments with ease and is good at finding the right angles in both pass and run blocking. His limitations come more on the physical side, as his quickness and athleticism are below average for the NFL level of play. He’s unlikely to be a consistent starter, especially coming out as a 24-year-old rookie, but has a good chance of finding playing time on special teams due to his smarts and versatility. I would expect that he finds himself on an NFL roster in September and has a good shot to have a multi-year pro career.
Good luck, Logan!
