The New York Giants have added a second pick in the top ten selections of the 2026 NFL Draft with a blockbuster trade Saturday night. The team sent defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence to the Cincinnati Bengals, gaining the 10th overall pick in exchange – landing the Giants right in front of the Miami Dolphins, who hold the 11th and 30th picks in the first round round this year.
The Giants will now pick 5th and 10th when the Draft kicks off on Thursday.

Lawrence was the 17th overall pick by the Giants in 2019. He has been selected to three Pro Bowls in his seven seasons and has been named a Second-Team All-Pro twice. He has recorded 341 career tackles, 15 passes defensed, one interception, five forced fumbles, and 30.5 sacks. He had requested a trade earlier this month as he and the Giants could not come to an agreement on a new contract. He has two-years remaining on a four-year, $90 million extension he signed before the 2023 season.
