Tyler Reddick earned his 5th race of the NASCARCup Series season, 25% into the season. That literally paces Reddick to win 20 total races. That will very unlikely become the end result, but the pace is truly stunning to see.
Reddick has extended his lead even further in the driver standings. He is 105 points ahead of 2nd place (Denny Hamlin) and 143 points clear of 5th place. It has generally been deemed necessary to enter the chase in the top-4 spots, and Reddick seems to have that locked up.

The 23XI owner, Denny Hamlin, has risen to 2nd place, ahead of Ryan Blaney. Toyota commands 3 of the top 4 spots, with Ty Gibbs in 4th place. Toyota has now won 7 of the first 9 races this season.

Highest Risers After Kansas

Chase Briscoe: 17th > 15th (+2)
Briscoe continues a strong stretch that includes consecutive top-5 finishes and no worse than P14 in his last 5 races. Briscoe is now back within the playoff picture and shall not look back.

Todd Gilliland: 26th > 23rd (+3)
Thanks for some help for Denny Hamlin late in the race, Gilliland stayed on the lead lap and finished in 17th place. Gilliland earned 20 points on the race day, enough to rise 3 spots in the driver standings, one spot behind his teammate, Zane Smith.
Lowest Fallers After Kansas
Kyle Busch: 24th > 27th (-3)
Busch can be unhappy with Hamlin all he wants, but he did not come to the track and back anything up. Busch finished the race 4 laps down in 34th place. He earned 2 total points and is now 77 points out of the bubble spot.

Playoff Bubble
Daniel Suarez is shaping up to be a bubble-guy all season long. He is in 16th place, 13 points clear of Austin Cindric and 4 points behind Briscoe.
Austin Cindric is rising, yet still one spot outside of the bubble. There are no excuses for Cindric not to make the playoffs in Team Penske’s No. 2 car. Cindric has a great opportunity in his specialty of a superspeedway this upcoming weekend.
Chase Briscoe is back inside the playoff picture, 17 points clear of the first spot out. Briscoe made a late surge in NASCAR Overtime to nearly win the AdventHealth 400.
