The NASCAR Cup Series takes on Darlington with increased horsepower in the Goodyear 400 on March 22.

NASCAR predictions for Darlington Cup Series race: Here’s who wins the Goodyear 400
Mike Organ’s pick: William Byron, No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet
Byron heads to Darlington with momentum. He’s had back-to-back top-10 finishes and was 13th before that at COTA. He nearly won at Darlington last spring but some pit strategy cycled him from the lead and left him in second.
Nick Gray’s pick: Tyler Reddick, No. 45 23XI Racing Toyota
Reddick finished 4th and 2nd at Darlington last year, and he’s running much better through the first month of the season.
Tom Kreager’s pick: Chase Elliott, No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet
Chevy has been shut out of victory lane thus far in the 2026 NASCAR Cup season. This is a short(er) track so speed isn’t as big of an issue. That allows Chase to win it.
