Sting recently congratulated Mick Foley on losing a lot of weight

Foley made a name for himself due to his hardcore style of wrestling. He competed in some of the most brutal matches in the history of WWE before retiring. Though he had been struggling with weight issues for a very long time.

He recently lost a 100 pounds and WWE Legend Sting congratulated him for that. He posted a picture with Foley on his Instagram account to praise his efforts and congratulate him on this major accomplishment. Sting also retired from pro wrestling two years ago.

“My old rival. My old friend. Congratulations, Mick, on losing 100 lbs. Wow!” Sting wrote.

It’s great to see Mick Foley make such progress regarding his health.
