Big Cass performs as Big Bill in All Elite Wrestling. There have been rumors that his contract with the promotion expires in late May or early June. The veteran has not appeared for AEW or ROH for over a month.

Amore was let go by the promotion in January 2018 and has remained active on the independent wrestling scene ever since. Big Cass was released by the company in 2018 as well, following his loss to Daniel Bryan at Money in the Bank.

Enzo Amore suggests retired WWE star should run for president

Enzo Amore recently suggested that John Cena should consider running for president.

In an interview on TMZ’s Inside the Ring podcast, the popular star claimed that Cena should run for president and suggested that he would be stupid not to try it. Cena retired from in-ring competition following his loss to Gunther at Saturday Night’s Main Event in December 2025. The legend hosted WWE WrestleMania 42 last month and recently announced the John Cena Classic Tournament for later this year.

“Are we looking at the next president of the United States? I think he’d be stupid not to run. It’s a popularity contest, and I think he’s proven his point, that he’s a very, very upstanding citizen who does the most to think things through in all situations and work well with others, because you can’t get to the top of this industry if you can’t work well with others,” he said.

It will be interesting to see if Enzo and Cass return to WWE anytime soon.
