Curiously, Allie currently holds the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship alongside Rosemary. However, her 42-year-old partner went AWOL recently, and it was announced that Allie would defend the title with a mystery replacement at the pay-per-view on August 23. Kiera Hogan turned out to be the mystery partner, and the duo successfully defended the straps against The Elegance Brand.

After TNA announced that Hogan had re-signed with the company she left in 2021, the 31-year-old took to X/Twitter to break her silence after her recent return to let her fans know that she had become a champion “just like that.”

“And just like that….shes back!! 🔥🔥🔥Taking gold straight out the gate! Who else do it like me?! #Flame,” Hogan wrote.

Interestingly, Hogan has a lot of history with Allie, and the pair were close friends during the 31-year-old’s first stint in the Nashville-based promotion between 2017 and 2021. After leaving the company, she also had a four-year stint in the Tony Khan-led AEW and ROH.

Hogan suffered a shoulder injury last year and had to undergo surgery, which also explains why she was away from the squared circle for nearly 16 months.

Former AEW star’s signing officially announced

DemonXBunny were scheduled to defend the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship against Heather by Elegance & M by Elegance of The Elegance Brand at TNA Lockdown.

However, after Allie’s DemonXBunny tag team partner Rosemary went AWOL, she had to scramble to find a replacement. That turned out to be the returning Kiera Hogan.

After the former AEW star and Allie successfully defended the gold, TNA announced that Hogan had re-signed with the company and also recognized her as one-half of the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.

For now, it remains to be seen where Rosemary is and what could happen when she does return to TNA, only to find Hogan with the title she used to carry.
