McAfee returned later in the match with a neck brace on and was betrayed by Randy Orton. The Viper planted McAfee with an RKO out of nowhere, but turned around into a Cross Rhodes from The American Nightmare to end the match.

Jelly Roll shared a vlog today on YouTube and sent a message to McAfee. He suggested that they did not belong at WrestleMania 42 and that they should go back to doing what they were good at.

“I had one goal tonight and I kind of succeeded. Pat, I love you, man. Neither one of us had any business here. I say we get back to what we are good at, man. Even though I am not actually really good at anything. But you are great at something so go do that. I’ll keep searching for what I am going to do when I grow up,” he said.

Cody Rhodes confronted CM Punk earlier this week on RAW and teased a future Undisputed WWE Championship between the two stars.

Jelly Roll recently won his first singles match in WWE

Jelly Roll picked up an impressive victory over a popular star last month on SmackDown.

The musician defeated Kit Wilson in a singles match on the March 27 edition of the blue brand. He also teamed up with Randy Orton at SummerSlam 2025 to defeat Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre. The 41-year-old defeated Kit Wilson via pinfall after connecting with a thunderous Chokeslam in the middle of the ring.

Jelly Roll has won his first-ever singles WWE match against Kit Wilson. Pretty decent match 👏 #SmackDown

Only time will tell if the Grammy Award winner ever makes another appearance on WWE television.
