Owens spoke to Faces Magazine about his WWE career and how he had been able to do so many things that others would never get a chance to. He said he felt he should have taken more time to enjoy the moments, and that was the biggest change for his future, saying he would cherish each show and each match he had.

“I had this incredible career, I did things I never thought I would do, I did things that a lot of people will never get to do. Through it all, I would lose perspective, and sometimes I wouldn’t take the time to enjoy those moments as much as I should have. I don’t want to do that anymore. And now, every match I have, every show I’m on now, is a gift, because for a long time, I didn’t think it would happen again.”

Kevin Owens said that he wanted to enjoy every second of what was left of his career. He admitted he didn’t know whether he would wrestle one year, two years, five years, or how many, but for the future, he just wanted to remember these moments and keep them with him.

“So, all I want to do is just enjoy every second I can of it. Because, I don’t know, maybe there’s one more year, two more years, five more years, I really don’t know. But I’ll just try to make sure I keep as much as I can with me, so when it’s done, it’s done, but I have all these great things to look back on.”

With a potential title win in front of his home crowd at SmackDown in Toronto, Kevin Owens may be in line for a perfect start.
