R-Truth was interacting with Finn Balor, who congratulated him on retaining the tag team titles. Truth kept going off about how once Balor joins The Judgment Day, he is Judgment Day for life. Perhaps Truth didn’t realize that Balor’s story with The Judgment Day has completely wrapped up. Or has it? As they were conversing, Damian Priest came in and asked what they were talking about. When Truth told him about the plans for a celebration, Priest said that he would have to do the celebration without him, as he doesn’t do that with people he doesn’t trust – referring to Balor and the infamous SummerSlam 2024 night.

The tensions between Balor and Priest have not revived after nearly two years, and it’s hard to blame Priest for that. He has been consistent ever since turning babyface in 2024, and Balor presents a dark chapter in his past.
