Manchester United will lock horns with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light this Saturday as they look to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils managed to earn a hard-fought 3-2 win over Liverpool recently, which should give them a ton of confidence going into this game.
Michael Carrick will set his players up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make one tweak to his first team for this contest. Amad Diallo could get a chance to impress from the start of this game.

Defence
Senne Lammens will play in between the sticks for the Red Devils after conceding two goals in his last appearance. Harry Maguire will continue to operate alongside Ayden Heaven at the centre of the Man United backline as they look to keep a solid shape at the back during the 90 minutes.
Diogo Dalot will try to prove his worth as the right-back, while Luke Shaw looks to impress on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Leny Yoro will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo will play as Carrick’s holding midfielders as they focus on making life difficult for the home side at the centre of the park.
The talented trio of Matheus Cunha, Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo will operate just ahead of them as part of Carrick’s attack. All three of them need to create some decent chances in the final third if the Red Devils are to secure a positive result this weekend.
Patrick Dorgu and Mason Mount will be named on the bench as they wait for their opportunity to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Bryan Mbeumo will lead the charge for the Mancunian giants up top. He has to find a way to put his pace to good use in the final third.
Benjamin Sesko is a major concern for this game due to injury. However, Joshua Zirkzee will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the latter stages if needed.
