Deontay Wilder will take on Derek Chisora in a heavyweight bout on April 4 at The O2 Arena in London, England, Misfits Pro announced Friday.
The bout will headline the first-ever Misfits Pro show and stream live on DAZN.

Wilder (44-4-1, 43 KOs), the former WBC heavyweight champion, ended a two-fight losing streak with a seventh-round TKO win over Tyrrell Herndon this past June in Wichita, Kansas. A win over Chisora — a bout which sees the American return to British soil for the first time in 13 years — would be among the best of his 18-year pro career.
Chisora (36-13, 23 KOs) has won three fights in a row since a 10th-round TKO loss to Tyson Fury for the WBC heavyweight title in December 2022. Chisora has pulled off victories over Joe Joyce and Otto Wallin in his past two bouts, both of which were upsets, with the latter being an eliminator for the IBF heavyweight title. It seems the 19-year veteran is in the form of his life at the back end of his career.
Wilder was lined up to challenge current unified champion Oleksandr Usyk next, but instead a tough and gritty British opponent awaits him in the spring.

Chisora, on the other hand, had been in talks to face Jarrell Miller and Dillian Whyte in recent months, however neither bout materialized.
A meeting between Wilder, 40, and Chisora, 42, could be among the final fights for both men. It is fitting that the pair, who have boxed professionally for a combined 37 years, finally share the ring with each other after being two of the biggest names in heavyweight boxing in recent years.
