Charlotte Flair is in an alliance with Tatum Paxley and Alexa Bliss on SmackDown. Paxley was called up to the main roster last month and paired up with Bliss and Flair to battle Jade Cargill’s group. Jade Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin defeated Flair, Paxley, and Bliss in a six-woman tag team match at Sunday Night’s Main Event.

Charlotte Flair recently shared that she felt like she had to make up for Ric Flair’s mistakes in the past during her career.

Speaking with Stephanie McMahon on the What’s Your Story? podcast, Flair opened up about her father and noted that he was the greatest performer of all time. However, the former champion added that she felt a lot of pressure not to make the same mistakes, as she did not want WWE fans to think that she had the same personality.

“For some reason, I have it so ingrained in me that I am my dad. Every failure or similarity that I have with him, I’m like, ‘People are going to think I’m him.’ Not that I don’t want to be the greatest performer of all time—I do—but our mistakes, I felt like I had to make up for his mistakes or be perfect because I am his daughter. I just wasn’t living. I was living in this bubble that I wanted people to think that I am this way, when really my character or persona or championship is not what made me special,'” she said.

It will be interesting to see what lies ahead for Flair on WWE SmackDown.
