“We’re done. Surgery went well. Fixed it up just like we were supposed to. But while Dr. Dugus was in there, he found the bicep tendon at the shoulder was pretty much completely shredded, to a degree that he did not know, because the images don’t always show everything. So when he went in there, the bicep tendon was actually a lot worse than he thought it was. So he repaired that as well, since he was in there anyway. The 40-year-old recently lost a Mask vs. Mask match in AAA and can no longer portray the El Grande Americano character. Gable rescued Rey Mysterio from Ethan Page and Rusev this past Monday night on RAW after the heel duo unmasked the Hall of Famer. The former leader of Alpha Academy has been on an apology tour as of late and is trying to make things right after disrespecting Lucha Libre during his time as El Grande Americano.

Former WWE star shows support for Chad Gable

Former WWE Superstar Ryback recently showed support for Chad Gable and claimed that he was a great professional wrestler.

The popular star took to social media to praise Gable and noted that the former tag team champion always made the best out of whatever the company gave him to work with.

“I’ve always liked Chad Gable. He has the look and the intensity it takes to be a great professional wrestler. He’s thrived in every role he’s ever been given, and I believe that if WWE chooses to, he could become an even bigger asset to the company than he already has been. Whether it’s as Chad Gable or El Grande Americano, he’s consistently made the most of every opportunity and continues to prove why he’s one of the most talented performers on the roster,” he wrote.
