The Cleveland Browns will go into the 2026 NFL season with a completely rebuilt offensive line. RT Jack Conklin, RG Wyatt Teller, and C Ethan Pocic are all free agents. LG Joel Bitonio is about to officially retire, or most likely.

Teller may get re-signed before the free agency period begins on March 9. OT Dawand Jones may become the lone holdover, and he has been injured three times in three seasons. So, the Browns can’t really depend on him to remain vertical for a whole season.

The Browns will need to bring in some new bodies either through free agency or April’s NFL draft.

The current list of Cleveland offensive line free agents includes OG Teven Jenkins, OT Cam Robinson, Bitonio, Teller, and Pocic. Eichenberg is not the highest-ranked offensive guard in this year’s offering. But he is a cheap alternative that can provide versatility.

Dylan Parham is just 26 years old, so he could develop and grow within the new system laid out by new Browns head coach Todd Monken. He was taken in the third round, so he was highly regarded coming out of the University of Memphis.
Let’s look at what Parham can offer the Browns.
OG Dylan Parham
Las Vegas Raiders
6’-3”, 332 pounds
Age: 26
NFL draft: 2022 Round 3, pick #90 (Raiders)
PFF ranking: 63.6
Accolades: NFL All-Rookie Team (2022), First Team All-AAC (2021), Senior Bowl invite
40 time: 4.57
2025 season: 15 starts, 842 offensive snaps (97%)
Parham has versatility. He has played significant snaps (nearly 4,000) for the Raiders, primarily as a guard but with experience at center. But he has played right tackle and right guard in college.

He has above-average body control but will fire off the snap. Below-average mirror quickness and overall length are exploitable holes in his pass protection. He is blessed with large hands and a broad chest, which allows him become an adequate anchor. Difficult to bull rush. This past year, he had five penalties, allowed six sacks, and 28 pressures.

Was a four-year starter at Memphis and has proven to be durable. He did not allow any sacks in his senior year. Parham has good balance with choppy settle steps that go into his blocks.
The knock on him is that he will allow pass rushers openings into his frame pre-punch. He has average athleticism and needs to slide his feet rather than always rely on reach.
Parham is the very sign of stability.
Projection: Three years, $30 million
