The same continued at last night’s live event in North Charleston, where Oba Femi teamed up with LA Knight to challenge Bron Breakker and Austin Theory for the World Tag Team Championship. However, Maxxine Dupri interfered with the proceedings, resulting in disqualification. While Femi and Knight managed to win the title match, the gold did not change hands, as the win was not via pinfall or submission.

Oba Femi is coming off a huge victory over Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam
While Bron Breakker is currently one of the most athletic stars in WWE, he is not the favorite heading into his match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. At the upcoming show, the World Tag Team Champion will face Oba Femi, who is fresh off a victory over Brock Lesnar.
The Ruler was involved in an enthralling trilogy with the Beast Incarnate, which culminated with the latter suffering a loss in a Hell in a Cell match at SummerSlam. This also turned out to be Lesnar’s final outing to the squared circle, as he announced his retirement shortly after the match.
Femi has not competed in a televised match since WWE SummerSlam. However, he has been active on the live circuit, where he has joined forces with LA Knight or Akira Tozawa to face The Vision.
