The WWE Hall of Famer then announced that luchadors from RAW, SmackDown and AAA will be taking part in a tournament to determine the number one contender. After that announcement was made, Nathan Frazer took to X, formerly Twitter to send out a message. He wrote:

“Let it be known that I am in fact an honorary luchador.”

Frazer was in a tag team with Axiom and the pair also won the NXT tag team titles on two occasions.

Nathan Frazer is an up and coming star in the WWE and he has grown in leaps and bounds ever since his time in NXT. He recently revealed his favourite moment in the WWE and it has to do with one of Roman Reigns’ toughest opponents.

The former NXT star chose Seth Rollins’ cash in at WrestleMania 31 as his favourite moment. In a video posted by the company’s UK & Ireland Twitter page, he said:

“It’s a tough one. There are a plethora of options, obviously. But I’m gonna go with Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania 31 against Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. Like, that meant something to me, man. I was the biggest Rollins fan. Obviously, I still am to this day, but at that time I was at my peak wrestling fandom, and that really made me feel something. It was so unexpected.”

Given that Frazer is a huge fan of Seth Rollins, if he does indeed qualify and become the number one contender to take on Roman for the title in Mexico, it will add another layer of intrigue to the whole contest.
