Earlier today, Finn Balor took to X (fka Twitter) to hint at potentially bringing back his “Demon” persona to fight his former stablemates. He posted two photos of himself as The Demon.

You can check out his tweet below:

Finn Balor’s most recent appearance as The Demon was at WrestleMania 42, where he defeated Dominik Mysterio in a singles match. The 44-year-old followed it with an impressive win over JD McDonagh on the RAW after WrestleMania. However, despite defeating both male members of his former faction, his rivalry with The Judgment Day appears to be far from over.

Finn Balor reveals former WWE Superstar’s reaction to the Demon persona pitch

Finn Balor spoke about his Demon persona during a recent conversation with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes on What Do You Wanna Talk About? With Cody Rhodes.

The former member of The Judgment Day disclosed that when he first told former WWE Superstar Karl Anderson about the idea during their time in Japan, the latter told him that he would look stupid and people would laugh at him. Balor added that although he agreed with what his former Bullet Club stablemate said, he expressed his desire to try it anyway.

“And side note, Karl Anderson, who was in New Japan with me at the time, I told him the idea. And he goes, ‘Everyone’s gonna laugh at you, bro. You’re gonna look stupid.’ And I said, ‘I’ll try it. Who cares?’ And I trusted him, but I said, ‘I’ll just try it anyway. It’s worth a shot,'” Balor said. [H/T: WrestlePurists on X]

It will be interesting to see if Finn Balor brings back his Demon persona one more time during his feud with The Judgment Day.
